Strength and Conditioning

Here are some exercise tools that can greatly benefit baseball players ages 12 and up:

ARM CARE: Jaeger Bands are great to use as a warm up before you throw and a cool down after you pitch. Ages: 13 and up

ARM CARE: Crossover Symmetry is a great program to keep the shoulder and back muscles healthy. Ages: 14 and up

CORE: Medicine balls are great for core strengthening, explosive movements, and more.

Ages: 9-11: 4 lb - 6 lb

Ages: 12-14: 6 lb - 10 lb

Ages: 14-18: 8 lb - 20 lb

CARDIO/FOOTSPEED: Jump rope is a classic. It's a must for baseball players. It will get you lighter on your feet and help get you in cardiovascular shape.

CARDIO/FOOTSPEED: Ladder is another classic. It will get you lighter on your feet and work on getting a quick first step.
