Med Balls
Side Toss
Hands underneath the ball. Bring it outside your hip, then use your hips and core to toss the ball into the wall. Be explosive. 8 reps per side for 4 sets.
Chest Pass
Place your hands like you would for a chest pass in basketball. Be explosive. 8 reps for 4 sets.
Overhead Slams
Bring the ball high above your head, then throw into the ground using your whole body...legs, core, and arms. Be explosive. 8 reps for 4 sets.
Overhead Slams (side to side)
Bring the ball high above your head, then throw into the ground outside your feet. Alternate. Use your whole body...legs, core, and arms. Be explosive. 8 reps per side for 4 sets.
Two Handed Overhead Throws
Start with the ball touching the ground in a lunge position, then bring high above your head, and then throw while pushing off your bqck leg and use your whole body...legs, core, and arms. You should turn into a table after. Be explosive. 8 reps for 4 sets.
