HIIT Workouts
"HIIT" stands for high intesity interval training. You can change the time intervals to make them more anaerobic or aerobic depending on what you are trying to accomplish. The more effort you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Try to get as many reps as possible in the time alotted. Here are a few samples to start you out.
